Police Commissioner to apologise to Tūhoe families

Tūhoe families wrongly caught up in the raids seven years ago are to finally get a personal apology. Police Commissioner Mike Bush will meet with whānau at the end of this month. Tūhoe chief negotiator Tamati Kruger says while an apology might not be enough for some, he hopes it will help the families and the tribe to move forward.
