Its relevance becomes increasingly important as Tūhoe nears the final stages of negotiations with the Crown. This database integrates claims information with breach details as well the Crown’s response to these breaches. In the case of some claims, remedy options have been signaled by the claimant. Claims and breaches are capable being searched by WAI Number, Rohe or Theme.
