During the school holidays 50 tamariki took part in a three day art workshop - Rina Raweke. Contemporary Tūhoe artists, Carly Rangiaho (Nāti Rono), Kylie Tiuka (Te Urewera), Aimee Ratana (Nāti Haka-Patuheuheu) and Maraea Timutimu (Nāti Rono) gave their time to help tamariki explore and create art reflective of Tūhoetana. Tamariki worked very hard to create their mahi toi, their efforts and creativity show in their highly imaginative colourful work.
