About Tūhoe Entities

For specific purposes, Ngāi Tūhoe currently has four Iwi Entities operating. The Tūhoe Consolidation initiative however recognises the need to unify the Tūhoe’s Assets under the new Tūhoe Trust, increasing scale and more importantly provide better and achievable outcomes for Tūhoe.
 
The current entities are;

  1. Tūhoe Fisheries Charitable Trust (TFCT)

  2. Tūhoe Waikaremoana Maori Trust Board (TWMTB)

  3. Te Kotahi a Tūhoe Trust (TKAT)

  4. Tūhoe - Te Uru Taumatua
